Synopsis
After eulogising about his greatness and achievements, Captive American spots Dread Skull who is attempting to steal the Statue of Liberty. Cap is busy beating him up when Dread Skull's lawyer arrives. Cap is served with a subpoena for cutting up 239 American flags to make his suit. Meanwhile, Dread Skull, carrying the statue, makes his getaway.
