Rune: The Spin Special Edition
#1
September 1994 · 1.95 USD; 2.60 CAD (see notes) · 36 pages
On sale 1994
Synopsis
Chris Ulm recounts the story of Rune's creation by himself and Barry Windsor-Smith. A picture of Rune appears with the text.
Notes
Price is stated only in indicia, and this issue was not for sale on its own. It was a free supplement with an issue of Spin Magazine. Indicia also states "Published monthly", although this was a one-shot.
It's likely someone at Malibu pasted an indicia from a regular Rune issue and forgot to make some of the changes, which is why it has an indicia frequency and prices for an issue that was provided free.
