Synopsis
Superman searches the ghetto of Washington D.C. for Traci Thirteen and Lana Lang. Traci shows him the Heartbreakers, magical leeches that are attaching themselves to people in the slums. Lana is taken in by some "art" photographers who try to convince her to do photos for them.
