Synopsis

In a reality where the Green Lantern Corps has never existed, the Blackstars, led by Hal Jordan and Countess Belzebeth, enforce intergalactic law as determined by Controller Mu. This leads the Blackstars to Warworld and a confrontation with Mongul.
