Synopsis

Within Logan City, all costumed heroes converge at Logan Circle for an appreciation ceremony in their honor. The televised proceedings are viewed by EBS reporter Christine Michaelson, as she recalls her fondness for the Golden Spartan, the premier hero. Also watching, while on the verge of being decommissioned, are members of The Superguard, and an incarcerated Professor Factor. As Governor Bishop addresses the massive crowd at the Circle, disaster strikes.
