Synopsis
Sky Tyrant uses information from the Black Journal of Katarhul to develop a plan to kill billions. Carter learns that Sky Tyrant is working with The Batman Who Laughs. Shayera and Ray Palmer try to find a way to stop the Sky Tyrant's control of Carter.
