Synopsis

Mr. Barlowe puts the story of Roscoe returning the payroll on the front page of the Daily Bugle. He hopes to be able to find a way to cash in on the publicity that the story is generating. Scribbly shows Mr. Barlowe a sketch he did of Roscoe as "Honest Abe" Lincoln, which gives Barlowe an idea.
