Synopsis
Muttsy scares a cat onto the General, who uses his claws to attach himself to the General's face.
Notes
The sub-title to the feature "Sad Sack's Muttsy" is "the Talking Dog"; however, the character does not always display anthropomorphic behavior. When the genre is labelled "animal", Muttsy behaves like a dog; when the genre is labelled "anthropomorphic-funny animal", Muttsy uses speech balloons.
