Synopsis

After cleaning up a group of criminals, Hawkman, Dr. Mid-Nite and Sandman are informed by Professor Everson that the scientific community is endeavoring to find a way to protect America from aerial attack. Hawkman sends Big Red out to fetch the other members, and they sit down to dinner with Everson, who casually mentions to Johnny that he has perfected a time ray, and he has used it successfully. At Johnny's suggestion, the members will travel 500 years into the future to try and secure the bomb defense formula, while honorary members Flash and Green Lantern will protect the scientists.
