Synopsis
Ghost Rider and many others are killed during a battle with a magically enhanced Blade. Ghost Rider's nature threatens to destroy Blade but allows Louise Hastings time to resurrect those killed.

Notes
For the Australian edition of this book, a sticker was adhered to the front of the "Darkhold Envelope" black parchment paper that wraps around the entire book. This sticker is placed where the price, issue number and distribution month would be located. Printed on this sticker is the price of "$4.40 AUS," the issue number "13," and an incorrect distribution month of "OCT" when it should read "NOV."
On the front cover behind the "Darkhold Envelope" parchment paper, there is cover artwork with a UPC box. Instead of a barcode in the UPC box, the Australian edition has a B&W image of Ghost Rider’s flaming skull. Because of this error, Marvel adhered another sticker with a printed barcode onto the back of the parchment paper cover with a barcode number of "071486019275 11."
