Synopsis
Oliver, Dinah, Emi, and Chief Westberg have a final showdown with the Vice Squad. Their victory improves Green Arrow's favorability with the public, which threatens Domini's mayoral chances as he has run an anti-Green Arrow campaign. Meanwhile, Chief Westberg has an unexpected visitor.
