Synopsis
With Seattle reeling from the attacks and violence, and its economy in ruins, Ollie must stop Broderick and his plan to have the Ninth Circle and Queen Industries take control of the city. Meanwhile, Dinah, Emi, and Roy battle Danny Brickwell and Cheshire.
