Synopsis
Rocky wants to take Wilma to the school dance so he tries to get Freddy out of the way by getting Freddy to join the Cave Scouts. Freddy accidentally wins several merit badges, which impresses Wilma so that she wants to go to the dance with him, but it turns out that the awards ceremony is the same night as the dance.
