Synopsis
Sonia is the court-appointed attorney defending artist Joseph, who’s charged with murdering his wife. She falls in love with him and bribes the prosecution’s witness to lie on the stand; Joseph is acquitted. Sonia says she knows he killed his wife—he admits it and attempts to murder Sonia but he’s shot to death by the police, summoned by Sonia’s colleague Herb.
