Synopsis

A scientist, who is bitter at having his ideas rejected, succeeds in developing a corrosive that melts automobiles. He plans to extort money for the counter agent, but has a change of heart when a dollar bill touches the corrosive and burns, thinking that it may be a sign of what could happen if a dictator gets control of his formula. He destroys the formula and resolves to work for the benefit of mankind.
