Synopsis

Flash helps Wallace and Avery battle Girder and Tar Pit. After the battle, he shows them the new Speed Lab that he has built at the Flash Museum. Meanwhile in Barcelona, Heat Wave is helped in a battle with the police by a new improved Captain Cold.
