Synopsis
The League has traveled to Tartarus to rescue Jim Corrigan in order to reunite him with the Spectre to stop the uncontrolled spirit of the Spectre from arousing feelings of vengeance in people throughout the world. However, they are confronted by Tartarus, the first god of Hell, who plans to use the entrance created by the League to escape hell and conquer the world.
