Synopsis

Adam, Howie and an unnamed girl are walking to Century City. They come to a river with no crossing. Some local teens see their plight and offer to show them a way across if they play Komikai with them. Adam agrees to play against their champion. It's Sumo, the villain from issue 2. Adam wins but the teens renege on their promise because they wanted to see Komikai, the Super Hero of the comic books. Adam throws his lucky Komikai game piece and Komikai appears. Komikai magically constructs a footbridge. They cross safely. Sumo follows them but the bridge vanishes, and he receives a dunking.
