Due to Diamond Distribution shutting down in March 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, original orders for issue #123 were nullified.
Issues #122-123 were initially offered in a merged format as a Kickstarter project. It is a square bound 48 page double issue. When Diamond Distribution reopened for business, this issue was made available to everyone through their system. Issues #122 and #123 are also both available as separate issues.
