The Joes continue their rescue of Dr. Burkhart in Sierra Gordo from hostile forces aided by the Tucaro Indians, as Billy is trained by Storm Shadow in the ninja arts. Meanwhile, Duke questions Candy about the Cobra equipment found in her dad's house (last issue).
