Synopsis
Russ poisons Tinder City's water supply while Ron carves up an elderly security guard and is accosted by Roboshoulders, Tinder City's resident super-cop. Later, as a worker leaves his shift in Tinder City, he sees a projector being worked by Ron Post. He is shocked to see his daughter's best friend sliced and diced. As she comes to see her father, Ron warns the same could happen to her unless he follows his instructions. He complies and during a dangerous heat wave, Tinder City's sanitation crews go out on strike.
