Synopsis

Oki Nanny is a goat that the Japanese consider a "secret weapon." However, after eating some "Delayed Action Bomb[s] U.S.A.," the goat explodes and winds up in Hell with its Japanese masters, to the amusement of Hitler (who's already there).
