Indexed from an complete scan at Digital Comic Museum. The indicia has "Contents copyright 1946 by The Newspaper P.M. Inc.", while the first page has "Copyright 1945-1946-1947 by the newspaper PM, Inc." An actual publication date does not seem to appear anywhere on or in the issue, but is presumed to be 1947.
