Synopsis

As the Enterprise faces a standoff with the Cardassian ship, a Romulan ship arrives, also to demand the Romulan refugee's surrender, but the two captains accuse him of two different crimes. Tavorok, the refugee, claims that they are lying, but no one has any proof of their conflicting claims. Below, the away teams led by two different LaForges determine that they are from alternate universes and have opposing missions.
