Synopsis

With their technology enhanced by Gary Seven and the Aegis, the Tholians attack and isolate the key worlds of the Federation, with all Federation starships are trapped in Tholian Webs including the Enterprise. After coming up with a way for the Enterprise to break free, Kirk sends the ship under Spock's command to confront the Tholian leaders, while Kirk confronts Gary Seven directly.
