Synopsis
Tensions arise between the police and citizens in Burnside, and Drake takes up a costumed identity to help deal with it. Drake then arrives at Wayne Manor to reveal that he knows that Bruce is really Batman. Meanwhile, starting to lose his sanity, Harvey escapes from the hospital and goes on the run.
