Synopsis

The Phantom Stranger talks with young Jody and his pals as he investigates the body of a guard at an amusement park. He tells them of an incident ten years ago at the park where he exposed and captured the seer Vasti as he tried to convince patrons and owner Cahill that the park was haunted, hoping he could then buy the park cheap. Jody tells the Phantom Stranger that his parents, the park's owners, is talking with the Ghost Breaker about the recent accidents plaguing the park once again.
