Synopsis

Linda was the "Gossip Queen", writing a column in the school paper. Linda was swept off her feet by the newest senior, Tom Mitchell but he was put off by her public displays of affection. Tom began dating Ellen Porter but Linda couldn't stand losing Tom to someone so drab and used her column to ruin Ellen's reputation. Believing Linda's lies Tom broke up with a shocked Ellen who wandered into the woods. When she was found standing on the edge of a cliff Linda confessed that her stories were lies and Tom only cared for her. Linda told Wayne she didn't deserve anyone's love after what she did.
