Synopsis

Colonel Crosby, Havildar Singh, and Dr. Whitamore are among survivors of the Indian Army who suffer unending horrors as they flee before the Japanese invading Burma. Two years later they are part of a force carried by air behind enemy lines to begin the reconquest.
