Synopsis
Bette rescues an unidentified man and nurses him back to health. He has amnesia, so she calls him Mark, and they fall in love. When Mark’s memory starts to return, Bette steers him away and her sister Nan protests, saying he needs professional help and Bette’s being selfish. Bette refuses, fearing to lose Mark if he recovers, and she and Mark move to the city. He collapses and is hospitalised. Bette worries Mark -- now identified as an auto accident victim – will forget her when his memory returns. He doesn’t, and they are reunited.
