Synopsis

Batman and Robin pursue criminals who employ a getaway driver who can drive at incredible speeds to escape capture. Discovering that the driver is tapping into the speed force, Batman and Robin ask Kid Flash to help them build a new Batmobile that can also reach high speeds.
