Synopsis

Born with a green scaly skin, webbed feet and hands, and a propensity for leaping, The Toad engages in a vicious campaign of intimidation, seeking to force Congress into outlawing free speech. To aid himself in this, The Toad uses a machine provided by the Axis to send bolts of electricity over the airwaves to kill anyone who said anything he didn't approve of........and millions had already paid that price.
