Synopsis
In a future where Earth is dying, the last survivors of humanity fight for dwindling supplies. The parliaments of the Red, the Green, and the Rot decide it is time to wipe the slate clean and wipe out the remnants of humanity to start again. To that end, the Green creates a new Swamp Thing to kill the surviving humans.
