On-sale date based on a December 29, 2022, campaign update that stated packages would be "out the door tomorrow." Delivery of issues to supporters likely varied due to shipping-related factors. The same update stated some supporters with last names beginning with the letter A likely would receive their shipments first -- possibly as early as December 30 -- due to a "small test run" a few days earlier.
