Synopsis

The children's plan to receive as much Halloween candy as possible by wearing different costumes while visiting the same houses is foiled by Ben and Alicia, who make them return all of it. While they are doing so, they are confronted by the henchmen of the Profiteer, who wants to return them to the interplanetary arena where they were forced to fight each other.
