Synopsis
Cloak continues to have problems with his powers which are causing him extreme pain. Dagger gets close to Erich, the leader of a Neo-Nazi gang, and he takes her to their base of operations in the Rocky Mountains to meet with his superiors as they feel she may be a member of the master race.
