Synopsis

Ghost-maker and Bat-Man of China are forced to battle to the death by Alpaca with the lives of 132 hostages at stake. Red Raven battles Dusty Bronco in retaliation for the attack on his father. Meanwhile, Joker triggers the doomsday devices in the Joker Incorporated members, so if the Batman Incorporated members don't kill them within 30 minutes, thousands of innocents will die.
