Synopsis

Ra's Al Ghul identifies 30 people who are leaders of organizations that are causing great environmental damage to the planet and sets out to murder them and replace them with people he has cultivated to institute more environmentally friendly policies. When Batman tries to stop his killing spree, Ra's murders Batman so that no one is able to stop him from completing his mission.
