Synopsis
Kitty and Donna are state government workers in Capitol City. Donna is engaged to Fred, but Kitty is ambitious and has many boyfriends. Donna breaks up with Fred and Kitty takes her on the “party circuit,” dating influential visitors. Donna and Fred reconcile and get married; Kitty moves on to “another city where the diplomatic corps had its headquarters.”
