The indicia notes that the issue was completed on January 2008. Due to lack of funds, however, the issue was not actually printed until March 2009, per Steve Keeter's posts that month on his "Skeet's Monsters and Heroes" Yahoo Group. The issue's pages were printed by Sam Gafford, who then mailed them to Keeter. Keeter received them on March 28, collated and stapled the pages, and mailed out the finished comic to readers around April 1, 2009.
