Actual title for this issue only is "Felix's nephews Inky and Dinky". Subsequent issues are titled "Felix the cat's nephews Inky and Dinky" - with a lower-case "c" for "cat".
On sale date of 1957-07-16 from newsdealer notation on the cover of indexer's copy. May or may not be completely accurate, but is reasonable given a cover date of September, 1952.
