Synopsis

Mr. Mxyxptlk and Bat-Mite seek help from Superman and Batman to stop a threat that has defeated the heroic imps of the 5th Dimension, and has empowered imps modeled after super-villains. The villainous imps help boost the powers of their villains, and Superman, Batman, and Robin must face the powered-up villains and their magical imps with the help of Mxyzptlk and Bat-Mite.
