Synopsis
A recovery team found Mr. Menace's crashed shuttle in the ocean, but no bodies were found, which suggests that the villain is still alive. Electron, Neutron and Vortex investigate a bank robbery that leads back to high-tech millionaire Ryan White, who attacks Electron when he confronts him.
