Synopsis
Twister returns with the Energons to their dimension. Dr. McMann is put on trial for stealing the Energons, but is found not guilty by the judge. Meanwhile, a woman is shown running away from an owl in Salem, Massachusetts, setting up the next issue's story.

Identical to the First Printing except "2nd Printing" is written at the bottom of the inside front cover.
No publication date listed in issue. The indicia on the inside front cover has a 1988 copyright date. Publication date of the Second Printing is unknown, but was likely in the early 1990s.
