Synopsis
Izzy joins Bishop at a restaurant where a young mutant has killed a gang of thugs who were picking on a girl he liked. When the men Billy killed turn out to be members of a powerful anti-mutant hate group, Bishop's boss, Vazhin, has the young boy shot and the whole incident covered up.
