Synopsis
Finding his uncle has been murdered, Kip Burland --the current Black Hood-- takes his uncle's costume and wears it out of respect. He then contacts the Crusaders to aid him in finding the Eraser and bringing him to justice. A tracking device sewn into the Black Hood's costume leads a trio of super-villains to the Crusaders headquarters, including the Eraser.
