Synopsis

Namor suffers extreme pain in his head, unaware that Number One of the Secret Empire has activated devices in his ears, in an effort to control him so he can kill the Hulk for him. Meanwhile Hulk, trying to get away from crowds and police, climbs a skyscraper and approaches the penthouse lair of Number One. The Secret Empire leader sets a bomb to go off when Hulk enters, thereby giving him the fame that he seeks when Hulk dies. The bomb goes off, Hulk is unhurt, but Number One is caught in the blast when his robe gets caught in the door as he closes it.
