Synopsis
The mayor is presenting Darkwing with a statue when Megavolt attacks, controlling the crowd through their phones. He escapes with Launchpad. Gosalyn and Honker lure Megavolt to them with electric guitars, but he captures them. Darkwing causes a power surge that frees everyone from their hypnosis.
