Synopsis
On Halloween, the Undertaker, with help from Mankind, battles the wizard Samhain, who has abducted the souls of the Undertaker's parents. Meanwhile, Kane rescues a pair of trick-or-treaters from Paul Bearer.

Originally available exclusively from Dynamic Forces in a limited series to an unannounced number of copies. Dynamic Forces also made available a version signed by Dan Brereton in a series limited to 2,500 copies. The signed version had an on-sale date of November 17, 1999. Both versions included certificates of authenticity.
