Synopsis

Cliff is in a mental hospital where Will Magnus visits him. He introduces Magnus to another patient, Kay Challis. Niles discusses his plans for a new Doom Patrol with Joshua. Larry is in a different hospital, and the Negative Spirit joins with him and Larry's nurse, Eleanor Poole.
